Standard evening calls (after 7 PM weekdays) and Sunday calls carry an after-hours service fee. Premier and Elite maintenance plan members have this fee waived. Saturday calls during office hours (8 AM – 4 PM) are billed at standard rates.

For emergencies, we target a 60-minute response across Marion County. For urgent non-emergency service, same-day appointments are often available when you call before noon. Routine maintenance and installations are typically scheduled within 2–3 business days.

Yes. New system installation quotes are provided free of charge. We'll schedule an in-home assessment, perform a Manual J load calculation, and provide a written proposal within 24 hours of the visit.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, and cash. We also offer financing options on qualifying system installations through our financing partners — ask about 0% financing promotions when you request your estimate.

Yes, we charge a diagnostic / service call fee for repair visits, which covers the technician's travel and initial assessment. This fee is credited toward the cost of the repair if you proceed. Maintenance plan members receive a reduced diagnostic fee.
