Vantage Air Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 8235 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227, may send SMS (text message) communications to customers who have provided their mobile phone number and expressly consented to receive such messages. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and plan status. Customers with active maintenance plans can expect up to 4–8 SMS messages per year. Customers who book individual service visits may receive 2–4 messages per service event. We will not send unsolicited promotional messages more than once per month.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. Vantage Air Solutions does not charge separately for SMS communications, but your carrier’s standard rates apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan’s messaging rates.

After you opt out, you will receive one final text message confirming your removal. You will not receive further marketing or promotional SMS messages. However, you may still receive transactional messages directly related to a service you have already booked (e.g., day-of appointment confirmation) unless you also opt out of those explicitly.
